Hi Everyone!  The blog has been sadly neglected -- no post in over a year and I was planning on ramping down.  But with the recent Coronavirus issues, I'm switching temporarily to a Covid Survival food guide.  My husband and I are cooking more than ever, and getting constant requests for recipes, so they will all be here.  I need things EASY in the general cooking realm (I could burn water,) so if the recipe doesn't involve dessert, expect most meals to have 10-15 minutes active time MAX.  Think one meal pastas, crockpot dishes, etc.  I'll post a few of my husbands more complex dishes for variety too.  Hope it proves to be helpful to all and stay safe and healthy! 💗
